The property is totaly fenced (dog friendly) and leads to the ample living – dining room with sliding doors to the south facing terrace where is a summer dining table and 2 sunbeds; from there a private gate to the garden and the swimming pool. The bedroom, bathroom and the dressing area opens to a second small living with a sofa bed and access to the terrace. The little kitchen is completely equipped. The house with the fantastic garden and swimming pool is availble all august EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE LUCKY TENANT. There is a service couple looking for the garden, pool and the 2 dogs from the owner. If the tenant wishs he can ask for their additional service for a small extra cost. The area is quiet, save and has a fantastic situation, walking or by car to the golden mile, Marbella or Puerto Banus throughout the beach promenade. Close to supermarkt, restaurants, El Corte Ingles and in 2 minutes to the highway Algeciras – Málaga. Ocupation 2 persons + 1; 10 nights minimum stay, ask for prices and conditions.

La casa con el fantástico jardín y la piscina está disponible todo el mes de agosto, EXCLUSIVAMENTE PARA EL INQUILINO. Hay una pareja de servicio manteniendo el jardín, la piscina y los 2 perros del propietario. Si el inquilino desea, puede solicitar su servicio adicional por un pequeño costo adicional. El área es tranquila, segura y tiene una situación fantástica, caminando a pie o ir en automóvil hasta la milla de oro, Marbella o Puerto Banús a lo largo del paseo marítimo.
